How does it work?

Werksy allows you to visit coworking spaces without needing a membership. You scan a QR code when you arrive and leave, and we handle the rest, billing you for the exact time you spent there.

Do I need to book a space in advance?

No booking is required! Simply walk in, scan the QR code, and you’re good to go.

How is the cost calculated?

The cost is based on the workspace’s hourly rate, plus a small booking fee. You’ll only be charged for the time you’re in the space.

Can I use Werksy in multiple coworking spaces?

Yes! Werksy allows you to visit any partner coworking space without a separate membership for each one.

How do I pay for my time at a workspace?

Payments are processed automatically through the app once you check out, so there’s no need to worry about handling payments on-site. We'll use whichever payment method is set on your account.

What happens if I forget to check out?

You can set a notification to remind you, and if the space has closed we will end your visit. We also have live support available in the app so help is on hand!
